The Monster Tournament Questline was added to the game in the August 28, 2014 Update as a part of the Two Year Anniversary Event. It was extended in the September 4, 2014 Update.
It is available to players who have reached level 22 and completed the Jousting Tournament Questline. The questline introduces Rope and a Yellow Potion.
