Click item to see this

On the above screen, the wizard school has been selected. It "pops up" above the surface plane, over a set of bright green squares (in this case, 3x3) indicating its' footprint.

It is surrounded by three icons. If the icons are faded out, that option is not available for this item. Click the desired icon for these actions:

  • Treasure chest: the item can be stored if you have a Storage Cellar. Be warned, there are several things that happen!!
  • Rotate: click the blue circular arrows to rotate the item a quarter turn. Keep turning to get the aspect you like.
  • Money Bag: indicates that the item can be sold back to the game, at a tiny fraction of the cost. Click the money bag to see how much you can get - you aren't committed at the first click:

Sell pond for 460 coins. Original buy price was 2300.

In the above picture, checking the sell price of a Pond, it is worth 460 if you sell it. But it cost 2300 originally!!

Placement[]

The wizard school clicked above is shown on top of 9 green squares in a 3x3 pattern. That is how much space it will take up on the map. Click on the squares and drag the item to the place you want to put it. Then click "done."

Storing Map Items[]

You must have a Storage Cellar to store items (removing them from your map.) Select the item and click on the "treasure chest" with the green arrow displayed to its' left. If the chest is faded out, the item is not eligible to be stored (see below).

When you wish to return an object to your map, simply click it in your Inventory, and a temporary Edit interface will allow you to place it. If you have multiples of the same item, such as cows, the Edit interface will continue offering placements until you hit cancel or run out of the same item.

Warnings![]

Note that any collectible product (such as milk) is lost when the item is put into storage. Any progress on the timer is reset to zero. The timer will not progress while in storage. And any Royal Points for the item will not count towards your kingdom total while it is in storage.

Not Eligible[]

Natural items[]

Unfortunately, items that are found naturally on the expanding map (Trees, Small Rock Pile, Rock Outcropping, Patch of Tall Grass, Fern Patch, etc.) cannot be stored.
